I'm Janine, the coach behind PATHFINDER CO. I'm a wife, mom, and entrepreneur who knows what it feels like to be capable on the outside and quietly questioning what's next on the inside. I've lived the in-between seasons: building a life I am grateful for while feeling called to do more. A calling to do something more aligned with with my purpose.

PATHFINDER CO was created from that space. I help people quiet the noise, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and confidence; without burning out or pretending they have it all figured out.

My background blends strategy with depth. I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and am a Certified Life Coach, which allows me to support people in a way that's both practical and personal.

This work isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you trust yourself again and take the next honest step forward.
